Technician Portal:

Separate secure login for technicians to create live invoices and obtain customer signatures, access their own personal Schedule Board and Time Card information.
Technicians can also have access to customer history, equipment forms, Google Maps, Parts Requests and more.

Invoicing:

The technician's live invoice, including the customer's signature, can be viewed instantly in the office.
Work completed can be tracked to the customer's equipment, providing you and your customers with accurate online equipment history reports.

Billing:

Live customer information, equipment tracking and invoicing from the work order cut the billing process time in half. Double check your invoices and print, fax or email them to your customers, or provide your techncians with the tools to hand them out at the customer's site.
NSB handles separate billing locations and tracking.
Reports for collections, statements and aging are instantly updated using live data.
