The screen shown below will appear:
1. Administrator User Name is guest, Password is 1234, Company Name is qbsample.
- Dispatcher User Name is dispat, Password is 1234
- Technician User Name is tech, Password is tech
- Purchaser User Name is parts, Password is 1234
- Customer User Name is adam, Password is 1234
2. After logging in, a chat box will open automatically. Support is available through this chat! Please feel free to double click on a person in the chat box and send us a message-we'd love to hear from you! (If you are experiencing problems using the chat, click here to troubleshoot.)
3. Help buttons are located in each screen that will take you to the tutorial for that screen. We suggest you keep NSB open along with the help screen - use the screens side by side if you can.
4. Browse through the Features links on the left to learn how NetServiceBooks web based service software is more suited to your industry than any other software available.
5. Use the e-Learn Documentation to find help getting started, using a particular module or figuring out how to complete a screen.
