The screen shown below will appear:
1. (NSBLite Limited Version) Administrator User Name is demo, Password is demo, Company Name is demo1.
(Full Version) Administrator User Name is admin, Password is admin, Company Name is demo1.
Customer User Name is custom, Password is demo, Company Name is demo1.
Technician User Name is tech, Password is demo, Company Name is demo1.
2. After logging in, support is available through the live support link! If you have any questions or issues, click on the link to speak to a live person. If we are away, you can leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible or within 24 hours.
3. Help buttons are located in each screen that will take you to the tutorial for that screen. We suggest you keep NSB open along with the help screen - use the screens side by side if you can.
4. Browse through the Features links on the left to learn how NetServiceBooks web based service software is more suited to your industry than any other software available.
5. Use the e-Learn Documentation to find help getting started, using a particular module or figuring out how to complete a screen.
