The NetServiceBooks free E-Learn training courses/manuals are available on the web. Everything in the NetServiceBooks program is documented online and updated by our instructor on a regular basis. Detailed User's Guides for each module in the program are included.

Instant Message:

Now available through your company's portal- your very own personal Instant Messaging tool. This is an exclusive messager that works only in your company and with us here at Support. When you log in to your company in NSB, your Instant Messager automatically opens. Leave the box open throughout the day to receive and send messages live to support or anyone who is logged into your company portal.

Enhancements:

As part of your subscription to NetServiceBooks, you will automatically experience new releases and updates when they occur. Since this program is web based, you will no longer have to wait for a CD or download updates to your computer- all enhancements are live!
NetServiceBooks ensures that once a customer subscribes to our complete web based program, all future enhancements of the program are provided free of charge to the customer. In this way, as new technologies are incorporated into the program, no customer is left behind, ensuring that we take care of our customers during the life of the program.
