The Technician Portal (shown below) is specialed for the technician's job. Invoicing software and web based billing is one of the features, others include: web based parts request, payroll time cards, work order lookups, purchase order search, sales board and schedule board.

Your field service technician is completely mobile using their own log in to the company site. The technician portal allows access to specific tools needed on the field; such as the HVAC service dispatch Schedule Board, requesting parts, viewing purchase orders, managing work orders and invoices, sending work orders to the Sales Board for quotes, and managing their time.

Customized for the technician, the invoicing software built into the Technician Portal is used for web based billing and flat rate pricing integrated by Callahan Roach.
