Instant Messenger

NetServiceBooks has embedded into the system Jeti private instant messenger chat program. Once you log into your company's website, you are instantly connected to everyone else logged into your company, including online NSB support. The chat client enables you to see different status of the people who are logged in (idle if they are not active, available if they are) and you can also see who is offline.

NSB's Jeti instant messenger also works with the Spark IM, so if you are using the chat program frequently you can download the Spark program for your computer. Spark has extra features and will stay online, whether you are logged into NSB or not. To learn more about Spark IM, click here.
