Phone Message Board-Interacts with Email


Contacts are easily stored and managed using Web Based Contact Management software. Contacts are easily converted to customers and are linked to the Sales Person within the company.
*Remember, everything you see here is viewed online using your Internet Browser and a secure login connection.
The Phone Messages Report (shown below) shows contact phone number, comments,sales person, a date to call back, etc. This screen is used by the receptionist to log phone calls coming in. These logs can be e-mailed to the sales person by pressing the 'E-mail To Sales Person' button.

The Maintain Contacts screen (shown below) is where contacts are initially created. In this example, the Contact was created from the Phone Messages Report (above). This automation makes it possible for the receptioist to focus on one screen to track calls coming in. Since this Contact Management Software is Web Based, a receptionist can work from anywhere!

Web Based Contact Management Software is integrated with NSB's service software program.
