The New Look
Working on making our program more user-friendly

NSB's customers had the priviledge to experience a new and very different front menu last week. What happened? Well, a few months ago we came up with the idea to make up a few new looks to present to a team of non-biased individuals to see if they would find the program easier to use. So we worked on our front menu to make it more appealing to the eye and easier to navigate.

We really didn't plan to make the new menu active so quickly, but the response from our customers was awesome. A lot of you really liked the new menus, so we added them to your user files. Now you can go into your User and pick the menu that is most pleasing for you. The new menu idea is still a work-in-progress; please feel free to IM or email us with any ideas (cassy on your company IM or cassy@netservicebooks.com).  We strongly encourage all of you to let us know how we can make the NSB design easier for you - after all - this is your company program that you look at all day!

Thank you everyone for your imput - it is you, our customers, who make the NSB program what it is.

New Customer Center!

We have also been working on our new customer center. Check it out by changing your User to one of the new menus, and click on the Customer icon. Today we have been working on the ability to right-click from the customer's name and go to a new work order, invoice, history,and more!

Try out the new customer center and let us know what you think!

New in NSB
We've also added a new feature for our Technicians- automated Refrigerant Reclaim. Refrigerant Reclaim and Refill can be handled with the customers' equipment directly from the Quick Invoice.

To learn more about this feature, go to the Quick Invoice and click the Help button for the documentation. Under the Billing module you can also find Refrigerant Reclaim, Refrigerant Drums, Refrigerant Check Out and Refrigerant Usage.

Sync?
Wow, there's been a lot of changes since my last News Letter. Where do we begin? The time has been flying by so fast for us at NSB! We have been working on our new QuickBooks Sync - now customers who would like to use NSB for Dispatching & Schedule can move their NSB customer invoices & payments over to QuickBooks. This allows us to enter a broader horizon for new customers who are looking for a program that works with QuickBooks.
