We have also been working on the creation of a new website: check out the new netservicebooks.com The new site will include interactive blogs and forums that will keep you in touch with us and other NSB customers!
What's New in NSB This Month
Schedule Board - Now there are more options to choose from when opening the Schedule Board! The Job Type field allows you to open a specific list of work orders sorted by job type, such as commercial, residential, etc. Learn more by going to elearn.netservicebooks.com.
Purchase Orders/Returns – The Parts Request screen has changed to better suit entering parts lists! We have designed a functional screen to make entering parts much easier. Learn more by testing out a parts request or going to elearn.netservicebooks.com.
Work Orders - A link to Open Work Orders has been added to the Hover screen on the Schedule Board (the screen that pops up when the mouse is held over a schedule record). This link will show a Technician out in the field if there are any outstanding work orders for that customer-superior customer service!
Did You Know…
Parts Requests – Does your company use part requests? If not, you should! Parts requests can be made directly from a work order and can make auditing issues so much easier. The Parts Request Board will show the status of the order and the Technician that is belongs to. The new features built into the parts request screen make ordering stock and other large orders so much easier!
Check out this cool feature by testing it on your site or reading about it at elearn.netservicebooks.com. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
