What’s New in NSB This Month

Context Sensitive Help – Find yourself getting stuck on a new screen you’re trying out for the first time? Need some help on something you forgot about? Check on the new Help buttons provided on every screen! This button will take directly to the Elearn page, which provides a step-by-step walk through of that screen.

QuickBooks Import – Now QuickBooks information can be easily imported from QuickBooks directly through NSB. This new tool can be found under the Utilities Menu. You may ask, ‘How does this help me?’ Well, it doesn’t really. We just want to keep our customers informed on all the features in NSB so you can tell everyone how awesome and powerful your program is! (Plus we’re trying to keep on the cutting edge).

Did You Know…

Inventory Items Screen – We recently added a button to the Items screen in Inventory: Adj. Instock. This allows you to view the Item first (price, locations, # instock), and then click on the Adj. Instock button to physically adjust inventory. To learn more about using this tool, click on the Help button on the Items screen in Inventory.

Commissions  – Keep track of your sales people and commissions separately using the commissions module. Enter your sales people, track sales by invoices, and generate reports showing paid invoices and commissions. Use the Help buttons to take you to the Elearn guide for that specific screen.

NetServiceBooks Works for You

Last month we began researching credit card payments from customers in NSB. We discovered Aircharge, a company that will make this happen for all of our customers! Aircharge works with a credit card merchant that will save your company money by providing a fully qualified rate! We are still working on implementation and this new feature will be available soon, so call your credit card merchant today and do a little rate shopping.

We are also working on making the Quick Invoice more Flat Rate friendly! We have been working with Callahan Roach to make their flat rate system work with NSB. If your company is already using Callahan Roach’s product, get ready to use it in the program!

Print out User’s Guides for each separate module in NetServiceBooks! We have created step-by-step guides for using each module in the order it needs to be done. Go to elearn.netservicebooks.com and click on each course to find the User’s Guide.
